LSUHC Voluntary Covid Testing for Students
at School

Our school Testing Program begins after Labor Day. In order for your child to participate in testing, you’ll need to register them for the program. Testing will occur on Fridays by staff from LSUHC for students registered by their parents.  Click the links at the bottom of this page to learn more.

Click here to register your child for the program: https://home.color.com/covid/sign-up/start?partner=ldh-shr-52-students

A parent or guardian must register any minor under 18 years old. You’ll give a one-time consent and HIPAA authorization to share their results with the school and district. Testing is not required, but highly encouraged to keep our school community safe.

We’ll test in our school during the school day. Results will be delivered to you by text or email within 24 hours and we will follow-up with you directly if your child has a positive result.

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to LSUHS at 318.675.7588 or visit the LSUHS website at https://www.lsuhs.edu/covid19/testing/k-12-schools-covid-19-testing-program.

Thank you for your participation to keep our {school name} community safe and healthy.
